Hi G GG, welcome to the Community. First let me clarify that the Community is a user forum and we do not have access to your instance of Jira nor should we. So regarding your last point regarding contacting your Jira admin you would need to find out who that is in your company and contact them. Maybe they have a project created in Jira to report internal IT issues?

Regarding your inability to login, who generated the reset password? I assume you did so using forgotten password? In any event, you might check your junk mail or reach out to your IT to see if the message was in fact sent. You could also reattempt the forgotten password.

G GG, I am wondering if maybe you are in the right place for help. I saw another post from you about Minecraft? Are you trying to access your Jira account or you Minecraft account?

G GG, i looked at this further and indeed it appears you somehow ended up on this forum while you were trying to recover your Minecraft password maybe from this site - https://bugs.mojang.com/

Mojang apparently uses Jira Service Desk for their bug tracking system. However, this forum cannot assist w/ you Mojang account.
