Unable to login, the system keeps loading for ever. When I tried raising request for the same, on pasting the site link - sitename.atlassian.net -> its says URL not found.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Could you please confirm which plan you are currently using? If you do not have site administrator access, you will not be able to submit a support request directly. In that case, it is advisable to contact your site administrators and ask them to raise a ticket with Atlassian Support on your behalf.
