Unable to log in with recovery admin

Hello.

I am using jira software in web for our company and I forgot the admin password.

I changed the value of the password in the setenv.sh file, and still unable to login with recovery_admin.

How may I solve the issue?

Why are there colons in front of your environment lines?  If they're in the plain text of the file, they will be stopping your system setting the environment up, so the parameters won't be passed in.
