Unable to log in on deskto

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I was using JIRA fine, then cleared my cookies and was logged out.

I forgot my password so send a recovery link and reset my password. When I tried to proceed, I got the screenshot attached. I am able to log into the atlassian community with my new password as well as on mobile but on any browser (Chrome, IE, Edge) I was not able to log in and only receive this "Something has gone wrong."

 

Please help, I really need to access JIRA and Confluence for work!

This can happen when your browser is not accepting 3rd party cookies.   Try to click that link on the page for Troubleshooting Atlassian Account for more steps on this.

I would also recommend that you first make sure your browser can login to https://id.atlassian.com  You will need to be able to login to this page first.   Only after that is working, can you then try to go to your Cloud URL site, something like https://example.atlassian.com

The key to your error message is that your browser settings don't seem to be allowing 3rd party cookies to be stored.   What Browser are you using?   Perhaps with this info, I can give you more precise instructions to configure your browser to allow this to work.
