Unable to log in due to not receiving verification emails

Hello,

I am currently in a situation where I can't log into the JIRA account associated with my company email (which is a Microsoft account), because each time I try to log in, JIRA tells me that a verification email had been sent to my email, but I never receive such a verification email.

Even if I click "continue with Microsoft account" on the login page, the same email verification issue still pops up.

I saw a previous community post that says this could be due to my email being in JIRA's suppression lists. I think this could be the case for me as well. A team member sent an invite to my company email before it was created, which could be the cause of this.

How can I have my company email taken off of the suppression lists so I can log in?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

As per this post if your company is using a paid subscription for Jira then your Jira Admins can open a support case with Atlassian to address the problem.
