Unable to link the confluence page to a jira ticket?

Having a feature to link confluence page to a jira ticket, we have linked many pages to the required jira tickets. Today, I see a different behaviour as shown below:

Can you resolve this issue.

That url doesn’t look correct to me. Please verify.

Check if the application links are working fine. Else we will have to check the logs to find what changes has been made.

Ok I was trying to connect the space where the content is sitting in space overview and pages are yet to be created under this space.
