Unable to install or upgrade Jira software 8.2.2 using cloudformation

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade or doing new install using the cloudformation template to version 8.2.2 and the build is failing, as the server is unable to find the latest jira software in s3 bucket. Optional parameter to specify our own Jira software is also not working.

Can somebody provide some guidance here?
