Unable to install Jira Software

Hi, I can see In Add-ons->Manage Apps-> System Components : Version of Jira is 8.20.14, But we actually use 7.8 Version.  How to fix this issue?.  Creating Software Projects are not available due to this issue. This is Production instance.

Hello @Gnanabaskar !  

I think you need to perform the upgrade to 8.20 again.  But keep in mind you probably need to upgrade the database to a version supported by 8.20.
