Unable to install Jira Service Desk addon

I'm uploading the .obr file from local disk. I get a message to Say "Uploading". Then "Installing".

Then it fails and says An unexpected error occurred. Please refer to the logs for more information..

Obscure I know, but it's my first attempt at installing a plugin, so not quite sure where to go next ... any thoughts?

You have to look at atlassian-jira log file to get more details.
