Unable to import issues - failing with an error

Deleted user

hi All,

while trying to upload the issues using a csv file and using JIRA issue import feature, I am getting an error "a field is missing value (mapping)".

After investigating, it seems the value and corresponding field is present but it still fails with same error.

I am attaching screenshot for the issue i am facing please advise

I am using JIRA on-perm version and following below path

JIRA URL :- https://jira.XXX.com.au

Path :- issues/import issues from CSV

Steps to replicate

1) Login to JIRA

2) Click on Issues and select import issues from CSV option

3) Choose the csv file and an existing configuration we have

4) Validate the mapping before the actual import

Error :-

"Blocking Defect field is mandatory"

I have uploaded the csv configuration file we are using please advise what's missing

 Hi @[deleted] , do ensure that the user has the create issue permission and make bulk permission. Use these links to update the permissions;

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-global-permissions/

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-permissions/

Let me know if this works.
