Unable to import issue via csv due to external id

Dear Community,

I was trying to import the issues via CSV but got the below error 

• Error importing issue [externalId='268995', summary='LG LC retention for CC journeys']
• Error importing issue [externalId='272919', summary='Default in NDB CC and ETB']
• Error importing issue [externalId='270786', summary='RD_Payload changes_Final DAP API_IDCOM Drop off']

Let me know how we can resolve the same, I have looked all the workaround but didn't work.

Hi @Naman Jain ,

This seems to be a system generated field and ID. While importing, remove the external ID field column from CSV and then start the import. First try in a test server and then if all ok, proceed with production import. If you get any errors, please share them here.

What are the rest of the errors?  Why do you think it is the external ID?  Are the external IDs all unique?
