Unable to import a value via CSV

Within our jira, we have a field called BLI which is a select list type of field and the options are layed out in this format "###### - Name of the project".
This is on a story issue type and when we try to import this story, it says it imported and does import, but the BLI field does not get populated.
This works for all other BLI values, but for this specific BLI field. It says this value cant be found or is in incorrect format, but i dont understand why because it has worked for all the other values like this before. Attached is the error picture. Please help!
