I am currently looking into migrating all projects from one JIRA server to another JIRA server
Current JIRA Version - v7.3.6
Issue:
I am able to export the projects into CSV file but when attempting to import
immediately receive the following error:
Cannot attach file xyz.csv: Unknown server error (500)
Troubleshooting Steps taken: When looking at the logs on the JIRA server I see the below
unable to run plugin code because of 'com.atlassian.jira.util.dbc.assertions config should not be null
