Unable to import XML backup file from Jira server to Cloud

Hi,

• Currently we are migrating Jira server to cloud. 
• Instead of JCMA, we have enabled XML import. (JCMA we have issues while migrating Zephyr Data).
• I took backup in Jira server. It is XML.
• Then in Cloud-> System Restore-> I tried importing activeobjects.xml first, but it failed
• Then I tried with entity.xml : This also failed. 
• How to resolve this issue. Kindly assist.

Hello!

What kind of issues are you having with JCMA and Zephyr data? Are you migrating Zephyr Squad or Zephyr Scale?

While Squad has the option to migrate after Jira Site Import, Scale can only be migrated with the JCMA.
