Is it a bug?
Can't retrieve comment's via rest. Can see them on web-page, but nothing in /rest/api/2/issue/$KEY and /rest/api/2/issue/$KEY/comment: `{"startAt":0,"maxResults":1048576,"total":0,"comments":[]}`
Works well for some issues, but mostly empty
My Jira version: v8.4.2#804003-sha1:d21414f
