Hi all, I'm working with Jira Cloud and trying to create a dashboard to see assignee-wise cumulative story points in a tabular view. I have tried using Two Dimensional Filter Statistics and Issue Statistics widgets with a filter to show all open issues, but in either of the widgets or any other widgets I'm not getting the option to select Story Points (except for Filter Results widget). I tried searching online and found out that in these widgets there will be an option to select "Value to Display" but I'm not getting that option as well. Since Story Points is a custom field in our project I have also verified that it is used in my project's screens, has type as "Number" & Search Template as "Number Range Searcher".
Please give your inputs as to how I can achieve this output of getting assignee-wise cumulative story points in a tabular view using the native dashboard only.

Hi @Utsav Kothari,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community,
Indeed, the Jira’s native gadgets do not support summing up story points. To achieve this, you will need to look for an app on the Atlassian Marketplace that provides this functionality.
If you decide to use an app, I recommend taking a look at the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app.
With this gadget you can easily calculate the sum of story points per assignee and display it as a table, heatmap table or charts of various types.
To get a table like this, you have to configure the gadget like in this example:
Hope this helps.

If you would be interested in a mktplace app, I can suggest
The app allows you to build interactive Jira dashboards with powerful charts, gadgets, and reports. Visualize issue progress, team workload etc
There are multiple configuration and customization options which the apps provides. You can easily get the story points / time spent for each assignee and many other data points .Some of the sample charts are as below.

Hi, @Utsav Kothari
The native Jira widgets have limitations when displaying custom field statistics, which is why you're not seeing Story Points as an option in the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics widget. For a native approach, the Filter Results widget can show Story Points but won't aggregate them by assignee in the way you need.
Since you need assignee-wise cumulative story points in a tabular view, if you consider Marketplace apps, Report Hub would be an ideal solution for this requirement. I work for the company that built it, and it's designed specifically to create custom tabular reports with aggregated values from custom fields like Story Points grouped by any field including assignee. Welcome to the community, @Utsav Kothari.
I am Marlene and I work on the team that develops Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
What you describe can be done with most of the Quick gadgets of our Marketplace app, since they are able to aggregate any Jira number field, including story points.
For your use case I recommend the Quick Work Item Statistics gadget.
Other Quick Filter for Jira Dashboards gadgets that can aggregate number fields are:
- Quick Two Dimensional Filter Statistics
- Quick Pie Chart
- Quick Bar Chart
- Quick Time Series
- Quick Created vs Resolved
