Unable to find SEN Number

Recently our company has granted startup program access to JIRA for year. We switched to JIRA, I am having couple of issues with jira queries and I decided to contact support which is in our program is granted to us. But it needs SEN number which I am unable to locate. On license page it shows SEN for bitbucket only to my manager. I have asked them to check under their billing and licenses they couldn't find it even. Can anyone help me out with that?
