I have sprint manager permissions, but the person that used to manage the boards no longer works here. I used to be able to start and end sprints but ever since i moved some things around it wont let me. Please help! The sprint starts tomorrow!

You'll need to have the right Role for the project and permissions scheme in that project. You can use the permissions helper to see what is missing in your case.
You'll have to provide more info (what you changed, for example) for someone to be more specific.
Also make sure that if your board filter is including issues from multiple project you would need to have manage sprint and edit issue permissions in all projects.
