Could you help me to get into the logs as I am unable to find that.
I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled it... Will try that.

Atlassian has a DC KB for this exact symptom, and one common cause is that Jira still has multiple jira-migration-plugin JARs or other old conflicting plugin JARs in the bundled/installed plugin folders, which stops JCMA from enabling cleanly.
Check atlassian-jira.log first, also check for duplicate old jira-migration-plugin files before just reinstalling again.
