We recently moved our on premise jira to cloud jira, this was done via the `Restore system` functionality on the system admin page.
Data has been imported however I [admin] am (and other users are) unable to edit any existing issues.
The permission helper says I should be able to do so.
If I create a new issue then I can edit this normally.
How can I edit my exiting issues?
Hmm, this started working about 45min later, prehaps waiting for some permissions to refresh?
