I have some users on an Apple device (iMac/Macbook) where the drag and drop function does not work. The function works fine on any of the windows devices.
Example:
You have an email with an attachment and you want to drag and drop the attachment into a ticket from the customer portal or the agent portal.
Similarly - you want to be able to drag and drop from a folder location onto the relevant attachment fields when logging an issue.

I am using a MacBook myself and have no issues with drag and drop. Are they using any browser in particular? Can they use different browsers to check if it's linked?

They are using Chrome as that is the preferred brower in our org.
I will check with them in terms of another browser, but more than one user could not do this action
