Unable to drag and drop subtasks inside an issue

For some issue (see example SES-26240), users are unable to drag and drop subtasks inside the parent issue for changing the sort.

The Move Up and Move down feature works.

On drop it shows an orange line (instead of the common blue).

The "Hide Done" is already unchcked.

Already tried with different browsers, also in incognito mode.
