Hello there,
Until today, I've been able to download any/all attachments tied to any project that was created in Jira Service Management. Now, nothing will download and I'm not sure what has changed.

What happens when you try to download attachments? Is there an error message?
Does this affect other users?
Have you tried using a different browser?
If you are using Chrome have you tried using a Chrome Incognito window?
If you are successful with another browser then you may want to try clearing your browser cache to see if you can download attachments after that.
