When i use the menu Download all in the Issue Detail View; i got a error.
Its work perfectly when i open the ticket.
I see only "time out" in the log

Try clearing your cache and see if it helps eliminate the issue. Do you see this issue when you try to download one by one?
Would recommend filing a problem request with Atlassian if clearing of the cache does not work. It might be something introduce in the version you have.
