Unable to disable Clone + and Clone ++ despite customisation

I added this 1.condition.PP.*.* = false in order to disable Clone + and Clone ++ functions to a project as a customisation in the configure section of the plugin. But it doesn't work as it should, i'm still able to clone using Clone + and Clone + +. I'm wondering if i'm doing something wrong as i'd like to do disable this function for a project.
