Unable to delete template issues in software project

Trying to delete default template issues from my software project, I receive the error message:

There was a system error trying to delete the issue 'GS-3'.

And so forth for all the template issues.

Am I doing something wrong?

What does the log (<jira-home>/log/atlassian-jira.log) say is wrong at the time of deleting?

Well I am using the cloud version so I am not sure I have direct access to the file system, but I could be wrong?

Ah, ok. No log access.

But that also makes me want to ask what these "template issues" are, as Jira does not do templates natively.

Wrong wording perhaps, I meant the "as a project leader, i expect to bla bla" default stories I found when i created the project.

Anyway, I tried it again now and despite the error the story was deleted correctly, so I guess all solved. Thanks a lot anyway :D
