Unable to create sub-task

sub task is enabled

The issue type sub task is part of my scheme.

I click on the ... on top and I do not see the option to create sub task.

@Chaya Poltorak, welcome to the Community. Creating a sub-task is done via the More button. On Cloud here are examples for New UI view and the classic UI view.
