Unable to create project in jira cloud

I just signed up for jira and am trying to create a project. When I go to the initial welcome screen it asks me questions about adding team members, then about experience with agile/jira etc. When I select a template (Kamban) it does not create anything and the wait circle keeps moving with no error or resolution to the wait.

Can you please help? Thank you in advance.

Can you share a screen shot of what you are seeing. Can you click on the magnifying glass and click on Projects to see if you are taking to a screen where “Create project” button exists in upper right corner?

I could not even get to any buttons (I am a Win 10 user). However, I was able to get around the issue by using mobile version and creating the project. The system now works fine. Thank you for your support nonetheless.
