Unable to create epic from backlog

I'm unable to create new epic on jira.
Not sure if there's a limit to the number of tickets that can be created. Figured there's no limit to it.

But here's the error I'm getting

There isn’t a limit. Try different browser (doubtful but rule it out). Check with others. Log out and back in.
