I am a new user. After creating an account, I tried to create a new site. I added the site name but the page keeps showing "working on it" and "loading" for a couple of hours.
I tried again the following day but still the same, showing "working on it" and "loading" for more than an hour.

Can you try to do it in incognito mode? If it won't work, I will mark this question for Atlassian team...

When I logged in using incognito mode, I got the "switch to" page". I no longer see "Give your site a name". It seems that the system auto-generated a name for my site.
I am not sure how I can change that now, and whether I would be able to change it?
Also, it seems that this is a previously reported issue.
P.S: I was unable to reply for more than an hour. I kept getting an error message.

Hi @Mo Hussein it is possible, but not for free products. If you are using Free plan, you need to migrate data manually. Check following KB article

The problem was that the system doesn't accept capitalized site names. The name has to start with a lower case. Silly issue. But that was all.
