Unable to create Story from Backlog or from EPIC

I am only getting option of Bug and Sub-Task to create and not of Story

Hi @Adhish Dixit welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Have an admin look at the Issue Type Scheme of associated with your project and make sure that the 'Story' issue type is added as issue type within the issue type scheme.

When you click the 'Create' button and select that project, are you then able to select 'Story' as issue type?

Yes from Create Button, i am able to create Story just not directly from backlog or EPIC as child issue.
