I'm trying to create a Jira and Confluence sites for evaluation, but I keep getting an error right after I click Continue in the "Create a site" step, where I choose the site name. I tried accepting the suggested name and updating to a different name, but always get the error. Same issue for Jira and Confluence flows.

This is one example error message:

Welcome @LC

This has been a problem for some time and Atlassian is working to solve it. In the mean time, use incognito mode.

Thanks for the reply @Nikola Perisic . I just tried in Incognito mode and I still got the same error.
Here are the steps I took:

1) Open new Incognito windows in Chrome

2) Navigate to https://www.atlassian.com/

3) Click on "Get Started"

4) Enter my email and click on "Sign up" -> This took me to Login page with my email pre-populated

5) Click on Continue

6) Enter my password

7) Click on "Log in" -> This took me to Create a site page with a suggestion for site name

8) Click on Continue, without changing the site name

The error message I have in my original post appeared briefly, then it takes me to a page to "Request your product". If I try to type a reason for request and click on "Request product", it shows me an error saying my account does not require me to request products.

Any ideas on how to make this work? Is there a specific flow I need to follow in Incognito mode for it to work?

Thanks
