Unable to complete sprint

Hi,

We have one user that said suddenly unable to complete the Sprint. No change to the user role and permission so far.

User has: Organization admin. Also administrator and member of the space.

Error

Sprint can't be completed.

You don't have permission to complete this sprint. Ask you admin to grant you "manage sprint" permission

Inorder for a user to be able to complete sprint:

• user should have Manage sprint permissions on the project where sprint is present and all the projects which is included in the filter query of the board from where the concerned sprint was created.

Go to that project's Project settings → Permissions
Actions → Edit permissions
Add your group/role to:
 >> Manage sprints
 >> Schedule issues
