Unable to complete or start a sprint

I am unable to complete a sprint and can't start a new one either. If I click 'complete sprint' nothing happens. I do not even have the option to click 'start sprint' as it is greyed out.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Are you a Project Admin or Jira Admin?

Usually this happens when Manage Sprint Permission has been changed.

Can you please double check?
