Unable to close the Epic when all its tasks are closed.

It seems that my Epic lost the majority of its tabs on the ribbon when all its tasks are done and closed. Making it impossible to close the Epic, also, the status of the Epic is open.

welcome to the community.

Maybe you could share a screenshot of what you are experiencing. Keep in mind that there are two statuses currently for Epics. There is the issue status that all issues have and then there is the epic status which is unique to Epics. Note that I believe this behavior is going to change in the not too distant future but it is still there today. You should be able to change the issue status from within the detailed issue view for the epic. Unless there is a permission limitation configured.  The epic status likely is not displayed in your detailed issue. An easy way to change this is to go to the backlog and click on the epic ribbon and you are using a scrub board.
