Hi guys,
I'm trying to remove unsubscribe/uninstall some 3rd party applications, before the end of the year so that I can make appropriate migration and configurations, but I was unable to do it. It keeps telling me to raise a Jira ticket and I did one but no response from Atlassian. I escalated the ticket and the status changed from "Atlassian investigating" to "New". Please who knows what this means?

How are you trying to uninstall these 3rd party applications? From the above screenshot, it looks as if you - hopefully by accident - have tried to cancel your entire subscription?
It would help us diagnose if you could list the exact steps you followed to try and deactivate the app.
