Unable to cancel my subscription for a paid app

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble unsubscribing from an app in Jira Cloud. Here’s what I’m doing:

1. I go to the billing console in Jira Cloud.
2. I select the app I want to unsubscribe from and click on "Manage."
3. Then, I click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Cancel Subscription."

However, I receive the following error message:

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would recommend you contact Atlassian via http://support.atlassian.com.
