Dear JIRA,

We would like to purchase the add-on Tempo. When we click the 'Buy now' button, I get the message below. I try to log in with my JIRA On Demand username and password. Any idea what we do wrong?

You need to use one of the Atlassian accounts that is used to maintain your instance of JIRA, not your Cloud/OnDemand account for logging into it.
