Unable to attach the evidence document during test execution

Getting the error message

Could you please help me

It was working till yesterday

I am using JIRA : https://mripride.atlassian.net/jira

Here i am maintaining all test cases and executing them

@Nayana Dodamanne this seems to be Jira instance name. I was referring to the Marketplace app you're using for test cases. Is it Zephyr or Xray maybe? Or something else?

Also, as this appears to be server/Data Center platform, can you share which version of Jira are you using?

As test case management is not natively supported in Jira (you can use some workarounds though), can you please share which app are you using for managing test cases and steps so we can try to provide additional assistance?

@Nayana Dodamanne I would suggest reaching out to your Jira administrator to give you this information. For server/Data Center, there have been a lot of changes over the time so the answer may vary. Here's one example of how you can check Jira version: where can I find the Jira version that I am currently using? 

As for apps and versions, you'll most likely find the version in the UPM.

Again, I would suggest reaching out to Jira admin in your organization for more information on this and potentially for debugging the problem you've described.
