Unable to attach a file to ticket

Unable to attach a file to ticket

Hello,

When I am trying to attach a file to the JIRA ticket, it shows me the following error message. I have tried changing the name of the file. But it shows me the same error message again and again.

"We couldn't save your content - It may contain formatting we don't recognize. Try removing the formatting before saving."

Is there any solution to this problem?

It would help if you told us what type of file format it is

Trying to attach a .blf (Vector CANoe) file. I also tried compressing that file into .zip

No luck so far.

@Jay Patel try to refresh the page, it would work

If it doesn't work, do logout and login
