Unable to archive project

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have a set of unused projects that need to be archived. Unfortunately, the "archive" option is not available for me. I referred below article and a few more articles, but could not find a way to do this. Please advice. I have also attached the screenshot.
