Hello,
I am currently using the free version of Jira Software. It shows that I have 7 available users (3/10), however; I cannot add any additional users. I received the warning message:
"You've reached the maximum number of users for one of your products. To add this user, upgrade your plan."
I have a different organization using Jira Software and was able to add users within the same plan. So, I am not sure what's going on.
Thank you!
Andre
Hi Andre - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You should still be able to add Jira Software users. Just make sure nothing is checked for JSD when you try to add the user.
And can you share a screenshot of that screen when you are ready to click on the add user?
Hi @Andre Ho ,
Only 3 agents for JSD Free Plan.
You've reached the maximum number of agentsfor Jira Service Desk on this plan.
To add more agents, upgrade your plan.
I think the user license limit is connected, so you should upgrade your JSD license or remove the JSD from the site.

Hi @Ollie Guan ,
Thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify, are you suggesting that the free user count for Jira Software is somehow related to the agents count?
I guess the "3/10" is misleading.
Thanks!
