Unable to add transition in jira cloud

I am unable to add transition in an inactive workflow. I tried a few times I am getting an error but I am not getting exactly what the error is!! I have posted a pic of it for referenceCapture.PNG

Hi Rohin - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I don't think I have ever seen an error like that in an inactive workflow. Maybe try to copy the workflow and see if you can change the copy.

Hey Thanks for your reply John. I was trying the same using IE browser but once I switched to Chrome I stopped getting that error and I could able to add transition as well without any hurdle. Thanks again :)

yep more things are going to not work on IE day by day now that it is EOL-ed
