Unable to add bitbucket to my Jira - We can't fulfill your request right now. This product is

When I try to add Bitbucket to my Jira Cloud from the "Code" tab (by clicking "Connect to Bitbucket"), it shows the error page. I tried adding bitbucket from admin panel but same result. I tried a few times in the last 3 days, and with different browser but still the same. what does this error means and how can I solve this issue?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

How about trying it from the Admin Console if you are an admin? Otherwise as who ever is in charge.

It could be that you need to add the application link first before you can go from a Jira issue to BB straight.
