Unable to add attachment to Jira Issue from SAP CPI (API Call)

Hi Experts,

I am trying to POST an attachment from SAP CPI to Jira Issue but getting error response code as HTTP 404. Tried posting from POSTMAN as well but HTTP 400 error is displayed.

I am attaching the configuration details and the error message, but nothing is working out. Please help me to understand where I am wrong and how this can be resolved.

404 is Returned if any of the following is true:

• the issue is not found.
• the user does not have permission to view the issue.

Also bear in mind the permission limitations that might be associated with the file based on it's location of the local machine.
