Unable to add a workflow transition "Reopen"

Andreas Jung

I have this workflow and want to add a transition "Reopen" from end state "ABGEWIESEN" to "ERNEUT GEÖFFNET".

This does not seem to be allowed and the supplementary information does not explain the issue here.

Hi @Andreas Jung - It's probably because you have statuses that don't have any outflow from them.

The only way I have been able to solve that is to Copy the original Workflow, then make the changes while still in an Inactive state.

Then you can replace the original workflow with the new workflow in the same Workflow Scheme. Just make sure you map the same issue types as the original one.
