Unable to add Test as an Issue type with Zephyr

Hi,

I am using the trial version of Jira with Zephyr as a plugin to do test management activities.

If I go to jira settings --> Issues-->Issue Types:

1. I can see the Test icon in the default issue types section

2. From Project Settings : Cannot add Test as Issue type.

How to solve this?

I read that Zephyr doesn't support NextGen projects. How to migrate back to classic model if thats the solution?

Hi @shallu bassi,

Zephyr actually does work with next-gen projects now, see this page: Zephyr for Jira with Next Gen Projects. Based on the documentation, you need to create the issue type first, then enable Zephyr in the next-gen project.
