Unable to add Mail IDs (Individual's) in Share Option. instead it is taking a group ID called "GCC Offshore connect"

What exactly are you trying to share; a Filter, a Dashboard, a work item?
Can you provide the exact steps you are executing so we can try to recreate your issue?
Can you provide a screen image of what you are seeing when you have the email address partially entered.

The work item share options does not allow entry of email addresses. As per the field name in the dialog you must enter the name of a known Users or a Teams.

Few days before i could able to update the mail id over there.. recently such option is removed it seems

That may have been possible in the past.
If so, it didn't really make sense. Using the Share Issue option doesn't grant the specified users access to Jira, to the project/space containing the work item, or to the item itself. If you entered an email address rather than selecting a user known to Jira it is unlikely they could access the work item.
The feature is meant to be used to share a work item with people already licensed to access Jira, who already have access to the item but may not be a Watcher or otherwise associated with the item.
