I am trying to add Fix Version to an ticket but Unable to add Fix version kindly help

1. Product: Are you on Jira Cloud or Data Center/Server?

2. Project Type: Is it a Team-managed or Company-managed project?

3. Symptom: Is the field missing entirely, or is it visible but uneditable? Do you see any specific error messages?
