Unable to add Components

I followed all directions, and noticed I do not have access to add components.  How do I go about getting the access I need ?

You need to be a Project Administrator to be able to add Components to a Project.

Thanks for the quick response.  Who can grant me Project Admin access ?

Either a Jira Systems Administrator or someone who is already a Project Administrator on that project.
